  1. Put all ingredients into a sauce pan. You can use a veg stock cube instead of prepared stock but remember add water. Frozen veg can be used but will increase cooking time. Heat until all ingredients are cooked.
  2. Slice bread stick and top with grated cheese brown under grill. Serve each bowl of soup with a slice floating on top.
