  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Slice the pork almost in half, but do not cut all the way through. Butterfly the sides until the pork is open enough to stuff.
  3. Take the torn bread and add the melted butter, seasoning, celery and onion. Mix until the bread is covered. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stuff the pork tenderlion and secure shut with toothpicks.
  5. Wrap the 6 pieces around the pork (piece by piece) until the tenderlion is covered with bacon.
  6. Season top with fresh ground pepper.
  7. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 375.
