  1. Flour chicken pieces on both sides. Place a sick of butter in frying pan or skillet, along with parsley garlic cloves crushed about 3-4 and pepper. Flip chicken when it is partly cooked through to the middle and brown, cook the other side.Remove chicken and repeat process adding ingredients as you may need them. On the last patch of chicken throw in mushrooms if using them. Once all chicken is cooked throw in about 1/2 -1 cup of white wine any kind will do and it will sizzle and make it's own saucy butter wine sauce cover and simmer on love for about 10 min. It is so tender and full of flavor. Once you serve it on a dish drizzle mushrooms on the top and even sliced lemon wedges and a side of rice is very good
