  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a saucepan, boil sweet potatoes until tender, 15-25 minutes.
  3. Drain, peel and mash sweet potatoes.
  4. Place potatoes in a large bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Beat in brown sugar, margarine, orange juice, salt, spices.
  6. Taste to check for desired sweetness, then beat in egg.
  7. Spread into a 9x13" baking pan.
  8. In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed matzoh, margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly on top of the sweet potato mixture.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes. If topping is not golden, use broiler for last 3 minutes.
