  1. preheat oven to 370°
  2. mix flour, baking soda, salt and brown and white sugar together in big bowl or with electic mixer (i suggest electric mixer)
  3. then add butter, eggs, vanilla and chocolate chips.
  4. mix well.
  5. spoon in small flatish dollops for flat chewy (or hard, just cook longer) or larger round scoops for cakey and thick.
  6. cook about 8-11 minutes or until slighty brown.
