  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour evenly into both pie crusts. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350º and bake 35 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
