  1. Ammoglio sauce:
  2. combine the tomatoes, basil & garlic. Drizzle with olive oil to make a chunky sauce. Salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Lightly coat chicken in italian bread crumbs. Sautee up to 5 minutes each side, till lightly browned.
  4. Serve topped with a spoonful ammoglio sauce.
