Kicked Up Goulash


"This is no elemenary school goulash, although its as easy and a teen pleaser. I created this recipe with what I had on hand, but the pearl onions and corn kick it up...its hard to stop eating."

  1. Cook macaroni as directed. While that is cooking, brown ground beef about halfway and then add frozen pearl onions and corn with Italian Seasoning. Continue to brown for 2 minutes then cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until onions are heated thru. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Drain Pasta and add entire can of spaghetti sauce and ground beef mixture. Heat thru. Before serving sprinkle Cheese and more Italian Seasoning to taste.
