  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Combine the Mozzarella, Provolone, Swiss and Parmesan in a large bowl. Reserve about a half cup for topping.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Ricotta, sour cream and heavy cream. Add seasonings to taste.
  4. Add the cream mixture and pasta to the cheese mixture and toss. Do not mix too thoroughly; it's better messy.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted through. Turn the oven to broil and broil for approximately 5 minutes more until the top is browned.
