Peach-Curry Glazed Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Saute the onion and garlic.
  4. Stir in the curry powder, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the peach nectar, honey, vinegar, Tabasco, and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  7. Sprinkle ribs with remaining salt.
  8. Arrange ribs on broiler pan.
  9. Broil ribs for 15 minutes per side.
  10. Then brush with the peach glaze.
  11. Grill ribs for 30 to 45 minutes longer, or until meat is fork-tender.
  12. Turn the meat every 7 minutes or so and brush with glaze each time.
