  1. Slice pork tenderloin against the grain into "bacon-like" strips.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
  3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil into 12" pan.
  4. Cook over medium heat until done.
  5. Season egg with pepper in desired. Cook egg in pan until done.
  6. Place a cheese slice on egg in pan to melt slightly.
  7. Meanwhile toast english muffins.
  8. Place egg with cheese on english muffin bottom.
  9. Place cooked pork tenderloin strips onto cheese and top with english muffin top.
