  1. in a medium size pot add the water and sugar, bring to a boil and cook for about 30 min. or until it turns dark brown in color. in a seperate pan add the cream and bring to a sculd. do not boil the cream. then slowly add the cream to the water and sugar mixture and stir until a creamy texture is formed.
