  1. Beat together eggs, water, parsley and spices.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add egg mixture. Cook until eggs are almost set.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over the eggs. Add toppings. Make sure that meats, such as bacon, ground beef, sausage are cooked before adding.
  4. Top with mozzarella. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
