  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok.
  2. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for two minutes.
  3. Now add the venison, leek and pepper. Stirfry for about 6mins.
  4. Now add the soy sauce and cook for a further 3minutes.
  5. Taste and Season.
  6. Make the dressing: mix all ingredients together and season.
  7. Put together on a plate and drizzle the dressing over the venison.
