Super-Yummy Artichoke Crab Dip


"I created this recipe, as an alternative to the "mayo based" artichoke crab dips. It seems less greasy because of the modifications I have made. Note, I have successfully used "light" alfredo sauce and it has turned out just fine!"

  1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally.
  2. Add Alfredo Sauce, green onions, garlic and black pepper; beat thoroughly.
  3. By hand, stir in cheeses, crab, artichokes and roasted red peppers
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish (9 x 9, or 2 qt round works well)
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  6. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until bubbly.
  8. Serve with crackers, baguette, breadsticks or pita chips
