  1. in a medium size mixing bowl add the cream cinnamin and powder sugar, whip to a medium peek then add the raspberry puree. in a small bowl add a bit of warm water and gelatin stir until gelating blends in with the water then add it to the mixture and whipp till its at a stiff point, and chill in refrigirater for approximatly 30 min. before use.
