  1. Trim all fat off of chicken breasts. Place chicken breasts in large ziplock bag and pound gently to flatten.
  2. Remove chicken breasts from bag and cut in half to create 8 pieces. Place chicken in a glass bowl.
  3. Combine salsa, vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour over chicken. Make sure chicken is completely covered in the mixture.
  4. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2-4 hours.
  5. Grill chicken over medium heat until juices run clear.
  6. Squeeze lemon fourths onto chicken and serve.
  7. Serve with extra salsa or picante sauce.
