  1. 1. Drain crab meat cans and dump into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mash up the cream cheese and toss in the bowl with crab.
  3. 3. Put in microwave for 10-20 seconds, to soften the cheese for mixing.
  4. 4. in a small side dish, mash the capers into mush. then add all the other ingredients to make a sauce-like mixture.
  5. 5. combine sauce mixture with the crab and chees and mix well, until it looks light pink.
  6. 6. microwave another 40 seconds or so, until it bubbles around the edges.
  7. 7.Mix it again and cover with wrap, stick in fridge for a couple hours, or serve warm.
