  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil, and fry the bacon until very crispy.
  2. Remove bacon from the pan.
  3. Now fry the chicken in the remaining fats, and remove when browned and cooked through.
  4. Put your sliced salad ingredients into a large serving bowl.
  5. Finally, add the chilli to the frying pan, then add the rest of the oil, lemon juice & balsamic vinegar and bring to the boil.
  6. Quickly add your bacon & chicken pieces to reheat quickly, and pour all of the hot mixture onto the bowl of salad.
