  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through -- make just enough of an incision to stuff cheese into. Wrap each dog in a strip of bacon and place on baking sheet. Broil on high until cheese is melted and bacon is a bit crisp. Serve on hot dog buns with mustard.
