  1. 1)If not already toasted, toast pecans by placing them on a baking sheet and cooking on 350 for 7 minutes.
  2. 2)Cook bacon in large pan. While bacon is cooking, break up your greens into large bite-sized pieces. Include stems that are small, remove thick ones. 3)When bacon is cooked, remove from pan, crumble, and set aside. Add olive oil and chopped onion to pan. Saute until tender. Pour in chicken broth and vinegar, then pour in the greens. Stir fry until well coated, about 2 to 3 minutes. Cover, then continue to cook about 5 minutes more, stirring a couple of times, until greens are very wilted and tender. Remove from pan. Add crumbled bacon and pecans, stir, and serve.
