  1. mix together the oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice & chilli paste, and place the turkey in to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile heat the gridle pan until smoking.
  3. Please the turkey into the hot pan & leave to sear on both sides.
  4. Add the last 1 tbsp of lemon juice & turn down heat. Leave until the turkey is cooked through.
  5. Serve with a simple couscous salad.
