  1. 1. Prepare all ingredients and toss with salad dressing and soya sauce.
  2. 2. Stir fry vegetables in a wok (in order listed) until they are tender-crisp. (You may choose to mircrowave the potatoes for about 6 minutes before stir frying to cut back on frying time)
  3. 3. Serve vegetables over rice or noodles with extra soya sauce for the table.
