  1. Chop onion, garlic and bacon.
  2. Place bacon in large pot and fry until half cooked.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft.
  4. Chop potatoes into small pieces and add to pot. Cover with enough chicken stock to cover ingrediants in pot.
  5. Simmer until potatoes break down then mash in pot.
  6. Add corn including the juice.
  7. simmer until hot.
  8. serve with sour cream
