  1. Cut Bell Pepper into thin strips, and place in bowl. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, oil, beef strips, worchestershire, and Fajita seasonings, mix until coated and marinate for 20 min.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cheese and dressing together in bowl and mix well.
  3. Place beef mixture into frying pan and stirfry for 5 - 10 min or until beef is cooked through.
  4. Place a heaping spoonful into the middle of a small tortilla. Wrap and secure with toothpick. Place seamside down in large casserole dish. Continue this process until there is no room left in dish.
  5. If leftover mixture remains, place it on top of wrapped fajitas. If not thats ok.
  6. Top Fajitas with Ranch cheese mixture, and bake at 350 for 40 min, or until cheese is golden and bubly, and edges of fajitas are crispy.
