  1. Take a bowl .Mix the grated carrots , chillies , ginger and onions in the bowl. Leave it aside for two minutes. (You can add cucumber as well if you need).
  2. After 2 minutes add coconut, salt, sugar and black pepper and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice and mix.
  4. Granish with coriander and cilantro leaves.
  5. Serve after 10 minutes with hot tortillas / chapati / or even rice
