  1. Line an 8x8" pan with aluminum foil or waxed paper; set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallow cream (or mini marshmallows, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring contents to a full boil and cook for exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from the heat and pour in all of the chocolate chips. Stir until all of the chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Add cashews, craisins and vanilla. Pour into the prepared pan. Allow to cool at room temperature or in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1" squares and enjoy. Merry Christmas all year long!
