"This was one of those accidents that can happen when someone gives you a handwritten recipe. I thought she meant baking mix instead of cornbread mix. Over the years I have perfected this since it was a running joke...something gone good!"

  1. Drain kernel corn and mix with cream style corn in medium bowl. Stir in eggs until foamy. Add butter and sour cream and mix, set aside. In small bowl sift baking mix and sugar together, fold into corn mixture. Pour into sprayed small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees.
