  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter. Sautee garlic and bay leaf five minutes, stirring. Add chicken stock and white wine and simmer until reduced to ~1 cup. Remove garlic and bay leaf. Add bok choy, cut side down, and sautee until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove bok choy to a serving dish and spoon sauce over.
