"Can't remember where I got this recipe but it's awesome! Nose tingling...but well worth it. This goes well with pretzels or spread on pork chop sandwiches (or other meat). Have even been told that it goes well as a dip for raw veggies. VERY GOOD DIP!!!"
In a small saucepan, combine mustard and vinegar; let stand for 30 minutes. Whisk in sugar and egg yolk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture just begins to simmer and is thickened, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, whisk in honey. Chill. Store in refrigerator.
