first you want to saute the shrimp, scallops and calimari rings in olive oil until the shrimp are pink. in a seperate pot bring water to a boil and add the clams and muscels, when the shellfish open they are done, strain and rince with hot water. next put the 3 cans of crushed tomatos in a large pot (16qt) add 8 oz of water, oil,garlic,onion,oregano,parsley,salt,chopped clams and red pepper. bring to a boil. next, add all of the fish and continue to boil at a low temp for 60 min. cook your pasta 8to10 min, when done, strain the pasta and rince with hot water(prevents sticking) you are now ready to serve. enjoy!
