  1. In a saucepan or skillet, saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add mushrooms, beef, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Spoon into a 9" casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Serve warm with rye bread or crackers.
