  1. Rinse and dry scallops.
  2. Roll scallops in crumbs and divide equally among six individually greased baking dishes or ramekins.
  3. Combine honey, butter and oil.
  4. Drizzle mixture evenly over each portion of scallops.
  5. Bake at 475 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
