Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Do not overcook. Put pasta back in pot and stir in olive oil. While pasta is cooking, heat milk in microwave on high setting for about 60 seconds or until warm. Slowly pour milk into beaten egg and stir so that they are combined but egg does not cook. Add egg/milk mixture, cheese, salt and pepper to pasta and stir constantly over medium heat (about 1 to 2 minutes)until cheese is melted and the egg/milk mix has cooked to form a sauce. Serve immediately.
