  1. Place the Rump roast into a slow cooker. Then add Onion powder, Garlic Powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Then add the brown sugar and B-B-Q sauce and water* mix well and then let sit in slow cooker until ready to shred.
  3. 8 hours (or longer) after placing into the pot shred meat and place back into the slow cooker for one more hour.
  4. * I put the water in so the B-B-Q sauce dosent burn to the sides of the slow cooker and lets it cook the meat.
