"This dessert combines the taste of a no bake cheesecake and cool jello. Change the flavor of jello to suit the season or holiday. I like Cherry jello for Christmas, Lemon or Lime jello for Easter. Really simple ingredients but everyone goes crazy at the combination of flavors."

  1. Mix the crumbs, sugar & melted butter in a 9x13 pan, press into the bottom of the pan. Let the pan sit in the refrigerator or freezer to set while you prepare the filling.
  2. Beat the cream cheese & sugar for 3-4 minutes with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla and continue mixing for 1-2 minutes. Pour & spread over crumb crust. Again, allow pan to sit in the frig/freezer to set while you prepare the jello.
  3. Prepare jello per package directions. Pour over cream cheese mixture & refrigerate until firm.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
