Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. In a blender crumb the stuffing and season the crumbs depending on the desired flavor(I like a good sprinkling of both). Lightly grease 2-9X13 glass casserole dishes. Rub butter all over the dry chicken then coat with the crumbs. Cover with foil and bake for an hour.
Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes if chicken needs crisping.
