Saute the onions and mushrooms in half the margarine til tender. Remove from pan. Add the remaining margarine and brown the seasoned chops on both sides. Remove from pan. Add the soup and sour cream and stir til mixed. Add the onions and mushrooms and mix well. Add the chops and smother with the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low to mid heat for about 40 minutes. Serve with steamed rice smothered with the gravy. Sure to be a family favorite.
