Preheat oven to 275. In 13"x9"x2" baking dish, place pork chops in a single layer. Place vegetables on and around pork chops. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and pour over chops and vegetables. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hrs.

**This can be made in a slow cooker; place vegetables in slow cooker first, then top with chops and bouillon. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
***The broth can be strained and thickened with cornstarch or flour, but we like to sop it up with crusty bread.
