  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Have each guest write their name on a bag with a permanent marker; 2 eggs into each bag and shake. Add ingredients as desired and shake again. Zip up the bags, getting all of the air out. Place the bags into the water for exactly 13 minutes. Omelettes will roll out of the bags when unzipped.
