  1. Preheat oven to 400. Mix first 5 ingredience together. Add butter and blend with knife or pastry blender. Add milk and knead lightly with hands. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. With lightly floured hands, shape into a 9 inch round. Cut into 10 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Carefully remove to wire rack and cool slightly. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar. Best eaten while warm!
