Skor "Puff Pastry" dessert


"This no bake dessert is incredibly delicious....surprizingly because the "puff pastry" is actually saltines. The moisture from the pudding "puffs" and softens the crackers. I use vanilla pudding but is probably just as good with chocolate. I made this for Thanksgiving dessert and everyone had seconds. Secret: Don't skimp on the Skor!! Mmmmm...."

  • Prep

  1. 1. Line bottom of 9x13 baking dish with saltines.
  2. 2. spread layer of pudding then sprinkle with generous amount of Skor bits.
  3. 3. Top Skor bits with another layer of saltines, pudding then Skor bits.
  4. 4. Place another layer of Saltines, then pudding. Spread layer of cool whip topping over pudding then top with another generous amount of Skor bits.
  5. 5. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours. (I have never let stand for less than 5 hours, always turns out just fine)
