Preheat oven to 350. Spread 1 can dough over bottom of 9X13 glass pan. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolk,lemon juice vanilla and sugar till smooth and creamy. Spread over dough.* Top with remaining can of dough, sealing any cracks well. Brush top with egg white. Bake 30-45 minutes, till filling is set, and top is golden. Combine confectioners sugar with milk to glaze consistency, and drizzle over top. Let sit at least ten minutes before serving.
*If desired, top with a can or package of frozen berries before adding top crust.
