  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; do not overcook. Drain pasta and put back in pot with olive oi; stir to coat pasta and set aside. Beat egg in medium sized bowl. Heat milk in microwave on high for approximately 60 seconds until warmed. Slowly add warm milk to beaten egg while stirring to combine. Place pasta over medium heat and add egg/milk mixture, cheese and pepper. Stir CONSTANTLY for about 3 minutes until cheese is melted and smooth.
