  1. In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Heinz 57, and mustard stiring constantly until well blended.
  3. Slowly add onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, old bay, chili powder and sugar mixing well. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Best served warm.
