  1. 1. Mix together dry ingredients. (A package of corn bread mix can be used in place of all dry ingredients)
  2. 2. Add eggs, corn, sour cream, and butter. Mix well.
  3. 3. Bake at 350 in a greased 9x13 pan for 25-30 minutes until almost done. Sprinkle cheese on top and continue baking until melted.
