  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole pan.
  3. In large mixing bowl combine chicken, 1/2 of the salsa, the red pepper, the corn, the scallions, 1/2 of the cheese, and the avocados.
  4. Put an equal amount of the mixture in each tortilla and roll burrito style.
  5. Place the rolls in the casserole pan.
  6. Spoon the remaining salsa over the rolls, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
