  1. Dice steak, not too small about 1.5cm (1/2 inch) and place in slow cooker
  2. Dice onion and add to slow cooker
  3. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, worshtishire sauce, water, stock powder and tace seasoning to slow cooker.
  4. Turn on to high and cook for 4 hours (or on low for 6-7 hours)
  5. Add the kidney beans 15 minutes before serving - any sooner and they will turn too moosh!
  6. Serve with rice and corn chips (my husband likes it with sour cream as well)
