  1. Slice the sausage links in half lengthwise, then cut into 3" chunks.
  2. Place the sausage, potatoes and cabbage into a foil bag, or lay out on foil to be made into a sealed pouch.
  3. Slice butter into pats, and place over the other.
  4. Sprinkle on garlic and caraway seed.
  5. Seal bag or pouch to prevent leakage.
  6. Cook on grill over medium heat. Cook time should be about 40 minutes, but the size of cabbage wedges could require longer cooking. Flip over halfway through cooking.
  7. Enjoy with garlic bread.
