  1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and spices.
  2. In separate bowl, beat eggs and add honey, molasses, milk, and oil.
  3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and combine.
  4. Add raisins or chocolate chips, if desired, and combine.
  5. Fill greased muffin pans about 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
